Taste of Country got an exclusive interview with Brad Paisley this week, in which, among other things, the country superstar talks about how Carrie Underwood has become his go-to duet partner.

"She’s probably pretty much my first choice to sing with when it comes to a duet with a woman like that. I mean, we just sort of share the same values and get along that well," Paisley tells Taste of Country. "I just don’t think there’s a better singer than her, so it’s sort of selfish to be able to sing with her and perform."

'Remind Me,' the song Paisley recorded with Underwood for his upcoming album This is Country Music, is likely to be the next single off the album, which is slated to be released on May 23.

Paisley also expounded on his love for greats like Dwight Yoakam and Ricky Skaggs and acknowledged that even new albums from the likes of Coldplay and Lady Gaga spark his interest. "I want to hear what she did. I may or may not like it, but it’s an album, and certainly she has a vision," Paisley says of Gaga.
