Avoid A Heart Attack: Drink Water
With so many American's getting ready to watch the BIG game Sunday and probably consume moderate amounts of adult beverages, I thought it would be the perfect time to remind you about another very important, but less stimulating beverage. Or is it?
About 90% of heart attacks occur early in the morning and it can be minimized if one drinks a glass or two of water NOT high ball or beer, before retiring in the evening, or so I hear.
I knew water is important but I never knew about the special times to drink it. Did you??

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the human body:
2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs
1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack
I'm not sure how much scientific research went into this, but one things for sure -- for the average sized person eight 8-oz glasses of water a day is what is recommended to consume. We've heard that all our lives.
Now, let's drink our water.
