Alicia Lockhart Gets This Week’s Caught in the Act Award
We've all met one before. One of those people who just seems to make everyone in a room relax and feel better just because they've walked in.

Alicia Lockhart is just that type of person. She genuinely cares about her employees, her friends, and her entire community.
And it's not just lip service from Alicia. In her nomination letter we received from Janice Taylor, we learn that Alicia donates her time and money and her heart to all those who need it.
That's why she was an easy selection as this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.
Just look at the letter we received from Janice and you'll understand.
Alicia is a person with a huge heart. She is a partner owner of the La-Z-Boy store in Shreveport. She is always helping someone with something, whether it is donating to a charity or auction to doing walks for charities or collecting toys for children during the holidays. She treats her employees like family. If we need her she is right there ready to help. She is always asking "What can I do for you"? If you're having a difficult day you dont even have to say anything, she notices and asks you if you're okay and if there is anything she can do to help. She is happy for us in our triumphs and there next to us in our hard times. She does so much for others and never expects anything in return. When I was going through a messy divorce she was right there with me helping me every inch of the way making sure I stayed strong and upright through it all. She is one of those that understands life happens. I am 54 years old and I have never had a boss like her. She is not just my boss. She is my friend.
Alicia Lockhart, because you've been 'Caught in the Act' the gang at Silver Star Smokehouse have a $100 Gift Certificate for you and the family to come have dinner!
Take a listen to the phone call we made to Alicia to let her know that she was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
