"Maximum penalties include revocation or suspension of your alcoholic beverage or server permit and fines up to $500.00 for a first offense, up to $1,000 for a second offense, and up to $2,500 for a third offense." according to the Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control website.

The Caddo Sheriff’s Office Youth Services Division conducted an investigation on Monday 7/3/17 According to Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator they cited two people for the illegal sale of alcohol to underage persons. 25 different businesses were checked throughout the parish.
The Caddo Sheriff's office cited:
Jenna Hendrickson, 24, of Blanchard, an employee of Elsie’s Truck Stop, in Shreveport
Christy Stevens, 23, of Oil City, an employee of E-Z Mart #1,in Oil City.
