Just when I thought Toddlers & Tiaras could not get any more ridiculous, it does. How do you get more inappropriate than young girls parading around wearing fake tans, excessive makeup and clothing? You pad their chest and bottoms to make them look like Dolly Parton. Or as her mom calls it "fake boobs and fake butt". Classy.
