I-20 Westbound at Monkhouse Drive remains closed Monday morning due to the crash of an 18 wheeler around 10:30 Sunday night. Officials from the Shreveport Fire Department report that the 18-wheeler drifted into the center median, then over-corrected causing it to roll multiple times.
