Sometimes I feel like Eddie Montgomery
I have this friend. She’s beautiful. Like…former beauty queen type beautiful. I don’t think I’m that shabby, but when I am next to her, I’m pretty much invisible. Like, one time, we went to eat at this restaurant. The waiter completely ignored me. It was to the point that she had to ask for refills, and remind him that I needed napkins, meanwhile, everything she needed and wanted was provided for her before she could even ask.
I’ve never been invisible before. And I wonder if that is how Eddie Montgomery feels sometimes. Montgomery Gentry is a great duo, but let’s face it…Troy Gentry holds the hottie card in that relationship. I wonder if he gets treated differently. Probably not, I mean, he’s a mega country star. I never thought I’d feel something in common with a big burly man.
