The town of Vivian in North Caddo Parish is rolling out the red carpet for all comers for this year's Louisiana Redbud Festival!

Though the actual "Redbud Day" won't be until Saturday, March 16, when they'll hold the Redbud Parade and many other activities, they've made the event several weeks long.
