Nascar Driver of the Day – Matt Kenseth

Monday’s NASCAR Driver of the Day was Matt Kenseth.  Two time winner of the Daytona 500, Matt is currently leading the Sprint Cup Series in points.

Matt was the 2003 NASCAR Winston Cup Series Champion, making him the final champion of the “Winston era.”

Matt grew up in Wisconsin, but now resides in North Carolina with  his wife Katie and their two children Ross and Kaylin.

Matt recently announced that he will be leaving Roush Fenway Racing.

Matt has also appeared in an episode of Pawn Stars.

In 2009 Matt had a scary flip at Talladega.
