Is Beyonce Being a Diva As She Prepares for the Super Bowl?

A "source" says BEYONCÉ is annoying everyone with her long list of demands as she prepares for the Super Bowl halftime show. For instance, she's making them ship her daughter's bed from New York to Louisiana, where it is to be placed in a nursery that's kept at a constant 78 degrees and decorated with rose-scented candles. A rep for the NFL calls this report, quote, "pure pulp fiction."

A source says BEYONCÉ is being a total DIVA as she prepares for her Super Bowl halftime performance.  The source says, quote, "She's by far one of the most difficult celebrities we've ever dealt with. The list is as long as my arm. She may be a superstar, but this day is about football not her."

However, an NFL rep calls this, quote, "pure pulp fiction," adding, "Beyoncé and her team have been great to work with throughout this process."

Is Alec Baldwin and his New Wife Expecting?

"In Touch Weekly" says that 54-year-old ALEC BALDWIN has impregnated his 28-year-old yoga instructor-wife HILARIA THOMAS.

A source says, quote, "They are both so excited and Alec is so in love with her. She says she is so in love with Alec and he tells all her friends that she is the best thing that has ever happened to him."  Alec's rep wouldn't confirm the news . . . quote, "When or if Alec and Hilaria have news they want to share, they will share it. Until then, no comment."

Alec already has a 17-year-old daughter named Ireland, with his ex-wife KIM BASINGER.

Ashley Judd and Dario Franchitti are splitting after more than a decade of marriage.

Mindy McCready Did Not Attend Her Boyfriend's Memorial Service . . . But She Did Do An Interview With NBC

MINDY MCCREADY did NOT attend her boyfriend David Wilson's memorial service on January 19th. She DID sit down for an interview with NBC where she denied killing him.

A friend of Wilson's says, "[Mindy] might have wanted to deal with it in her own way. I think she wanted something more private with her family."

Meanwhile, Mindy did an interview with "Dateline's" Andrea Canning where she talked about being heartbroken, and denied having anything to do with his murder.

Asked point blank if she killed David she said, quote, "Oh my god, no. Oh my god, no. He was my life. We were each other's life."

Mindy said she started screaming when she saw Wilson after the shooting. Quote, "I lay down next to him and just pleaded with him not to die."

She did admit they argued on the night he died, but insisted that Wilson was not cheating. She said, quote, "David was not having an affair with another woman. That is absolutely, totally untrue."

She was also asked about the bullet being found the day AFTER the murder. She had a bizarre answer to that. She said, "I didn't find it . . . the dog did. It was in the dog's mouth. I mean, that's a horrific thing to say, but it was in the dog's mouth."

Mindy has not yet been named as a suspect in Wilson's death . . . and she thinks the sheriff is on a "witch hunt." We'll know more when forensic tests are done in a couple of weeks.

It's been a big week for singer Randy Houser:

Within days of releasing his new album How Country Feels, the title track is already steady at the top of the charts. But the country crooner isn't the only one putting his powerhouse voice on display. According to Houser, his 10-month-old son West has also been busy exercising his vocal chords.

"The biggest thing he's doing right now is hollering 'Dada,'" Houser, 36, tells PEOPLE.  Already planning for his family's future on the road, the doting dad is looking forward to the day he can bring his baby boy on tour - after he can secure a bigger bus.

"Right now there are 11 guys on the bus so it makes it hard to bring a baby on the road," he explains. But while he waits for his dad to accommodate his growing entourage, West is working hard at home meeting his milestones. "He's pulling up on everything," Houser shares. "He also learned to crawl. He can pretty much get on his horsey [toy] by himself." And although West has formed an incredibly strong bond with his mama, Jessa Lee, the new dad admits he prefers to tackle baby boy's bedtime routine on his own.
"My favorite thing is to rock him at nighttime when he's going to bed," he says.
