Haughton Farmer’s Market Slated to Begin Summer Run June 21

The Haughton Farmer's Market is set to begin June 21 and will run each Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm through August 9 in their brand new location at the intersection of Highway 3227 and Allen Town Road beside Tuscany Subdivision and across from Cornerstone.

The Haughton Farmer's Market was created to provide local people with a venue to sell their produce, foods and crafts.  The market prides itself on providing only products made or grown by people in the area. They do not allow any out of state vendors, yet manage to offer a variety of things, which keeps down the competition between vendors.

Parking is free and will be assisted by cadets from the Youth Challenge Program at Camp Minden. A drink concession stand will be a fundraiser for the HHS JROTC program.
