Proud? The understatement of the year! This morning when we talked to Robin Vosbury, long time singer/musician in the Shreveport/Bossier area, and father of The Voice contestant Cole Vosbury, you could feel the pride in every breath.

Robin said of his son's recent success, "I've always known he had something special and you know, they haven't heard him play yet. Wait til they hear him play!"

Robin was in the Los Angeles airport awaiting his return flight to Shreveport after spending several days supporting Cole as he climbed into the Top 5 this week. He told us that he arrived in L.A. Saturday and because of the work load on these kids, he got to spend very little time with Cole, "I saw him Saturday night for about an hour. I saw him Sunday night for about 30 minutes.  I saw him Monday night for about 30 minutes. I saw him last night for about 30 minutes. They finished the show. Said goodnight folks. Thank you. Everybody left. Cole went to rehearsal for his next song."
Thanks again to Robin for hanging out with us and "Geaux Cole!!"
