I settled my bet with Gary McCoy today!  Gary also suffered with me thanks to your generosity donating to Operation Santa Claus.  Today, from noon to 1pm, we stood on the corner of Bert Kouns and Youree Dr. dressed in full Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader outfits.

Gary and I made a bet on the Saints-Cowboys game on September 28th.  The Cowboys won, which meant I lost the bet.  The wager?  Loser had to stand on the corner in the other team's cheerleader outfit.  I challenged Gary to go out there with me if I could raise over $1,000 for Operation Santa Claus.  You came through and thankfully I wasn't alone in this embarrassment.  Me and Gary have a new bond that we'll never forget.  You might call it "scarred for life."

Plenty of folks, mostly Cowboys fans came out to take pictures with us and make further donations to Operation Santa Claus.  There were plenty of "How bout dem Cowboys" being screamed from cars passing by on Youree Dr.  A cement truck even stopped in the middle of the road to take some video and pictures of us.

I'm thankful that several Saints fans came out as well to support me.  And you'll notice in the pictures that I couldn't be without my Saints boxers underneath the Cowboy Cheerleader hot-pants.  Who Dat baby!  Still love my Black & Gold.  They just better not lose to the Cowboys again.
