The easiest way to make sure your vote will count in the upcoming Presidential and local election is to cast that vote early.  Any number of variables could prevent you from being able to vote on election day.  Illness or injury; even a sudden trip out of town could prevent you from getting to the polls, so early voting is encouraged.

Early voting starts in Louisiana tomorrow, October 23 and runs for a week through next Tuesday, October 30 except it will be closed Sunday, October 28. In Caddo parish early voting will be conducted at the Registrar of Voters office, 525 Marshall , Suite 103 across from the east side of the Caddo parish courthouse. Voters in other parishes should contact their parish Registrar of Voters for information. Voters must go to the parish of their registration to vote. Voters should bring identification with them such as a driver’s license, special Louisiana i.d. , governmental i.d., etc.
