Billy the Exterminator Pleads Not Guilty

Billy the Exterminator was in court this morning to plead Not Guilty to drug charges!  You might remember Billy's arrest in June.Billy and his wife Mary were in court Wednesday morning in Bossier Parish to enter their plea of not guilty.  They are scheduled to return to court on September 19th.

Billy is currently filming season 5 of his hit A&E reality show.

Here is the timeline of events surrounding Billy's arrest.

April 28th - Bossier City police receive a 911 hang-up call from a room at the Courtyard by Marriott at the Louisiana Boardwalk.

April 28th - Police arrive at the room to find Billy and his wife with suspected marijuana and a smoking device.

April 28th - Police confiscate the substance and have sent to the Northwest Louisiana Crime Lab to be tested.

June 1st - Police are told the substance is synthetic marijuana.  They issue an arrest warrant for Billy and his wife.  The couple is contacted by police, and they turn themselves in.  They each bond out of jail later that day.

July 18th - Billy and his wife appear in court to plead not guilty to drug charges.
