Your Louisiana Fishing License Expires This Saturday, June 30

Here in the Sportsman's Paradise, keeping a current hunting and fishing license is nearly as important as keeping fresh milk in the refrigerator.  And the time has again come to renew your Louisiana Fishing and Hunting licenses.

Your current license will actually work if you only plan to fish this Saturday, June 30, but it will expire at midnight Saturday night, so you'll need a new one if you also plan to fish this Sunday, July 1.  You can get these at most area sporting goods stores, some grocery/convenience stores and even online at wlf.louisiana.gov/recreational-fishing-licenses. If you do decide to shop online for your license, please note there is a slight convenience charge of approximately $2.00.

Course, you might also consider getting the lifetime fishing or hunting license or maybe you want the combo.  That way you never have to think about renewal again.  Those are also available online here at wlf.louisiana.gov/lifetime-licenses
