If you look closely at your life now, you'll discover that long list of friends you had 10 years ago, is just a shadow of it's former self today.

The website Not4Dating.com recently surveyed 1,000 people and discovered that more than two-thirds of Americans say they've lost 90% of their friends in the past 10 years.

9 out of 10 of the friends you had a decade ago are basically just acquaintances now. The guys you used to play softball with? Gone.  That girl you thought was your BFF? Lives in California now and you haven't talked to her in years.

Course, we don't intentionally dissolve these relationships, but things do happen to cause distance in those relationships and here are the Top 5 Reasons why.

  • Moving to a new city.
  • Just generally growing apart.
  • Getting into a relationship.
  • Losing them after a breakup.  Like, they picked sides and stayed friends with your ex, not you.
  • Getting into a huge fight with each other.

It's that last one that got Bristol and I into another of our "Ten Person Polls" this morning. "Getting into a huge fight" really isn't a "guy" thing.  Usually, the only thing that guys will fight about is another woman.  Those "fights" usually come from DRAMA.  And we all know that it's "Drama Queen" and not "Drama King."

Women are dramatic.  Just part of their chemical composition.  I contend that their ovaries are filled with drama.

Thus, our Ten Person Poll was "Who's more dramatic?  Men or women?"

Well, let me bask in my "rightness" for the first time of 2016.  Yes, WOMEN are the most dramatic.  In fact, we discovered that men are only deemed dramatic when "they're sick."  Well sure, we might show some drama at that time...but it's only because we feel bad.  We're not feeling like MEN.

So guys, next time you hear a little drama down the hallway at work...rest assured.  It's just two women duking it out because they happen to wear the same dress to work that day.
