Water Rationing in Blanchard

Looks like the drought we've experienced again this year is reeking havoc in Blanchard; and I'm sure Blanchard is just the first of many victims to come.  As of now, the Blanchard Utility department is "requesting" that customers conserve water.  At some point in the future, this "request" could become "mandate", so it's really a good idea to oblige the "request".   The department has issued an outdoor water usage schedule calling for all customers whose addresses end in even numbers to limit outdoor water usage to: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.  Customers whose addresses end with odd numbers are asked to limit outdoor water usage to: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  The department is also asking that all customers refrain from watering on Sundays.
