'The Void' Takes Video Gaming To The Next Level

Video gaming is about to cross over into real world play when The Void opens this summer in Utah. The Void is an all immersive video game experience in which the player is put in a virtual world with real world stimuli.

The Void gets its name from the huge wide open spaces that seem plain and innocuous until the player dons their game gear.

Imagine a room that's filled with odd blank shapes that turn into an alien spaceship as soon as you put on your VR (virtual reality) goggles? You get to hold weapons, fight enemies, and go on quests with other players. The games could be on a spaceship, a vast wilderness, or even a futuristic wasteland all within the confines of The Void's sprawling complex.
