The Josh Abbott Band Headed to The Stage This Friday Night
The Stage at Silverstar has become the unofficial home of Texas Country, in Louisiana! And this Friday night, June 14, The Stage is going to flex that Texas Country muscle with one of the biggest names around, The Josh Abbott Band!
Josh Abbott actually founded the band back in 2006 while he was a student at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and they were already touring by 2007. So, even though there have been a number of band member changes over the years, the band itself has been around long enough to know how to party and what the crowd really wants!
Having been to The Stage a number of times over the years, The Josh Abbott Band has proven to be one of each year's top performances, and if advance ticket sales for this week's show are any indication, this year will be no different.
With a string of hits including "My Texas" (with Pat Green), "Amnesia", "Until My Voice Goes Out", "Texas Women, Tennessee Whiskey", "She's Like Texas" and "Oh, Tonight" (with Kacey Musgraves), the audience is certain to be singing along all night long!
Doors at The Stage will open at 7:00 pm with the show slated to begin at 8:00 pm.
