A DeSoto Parish Grand Jury takes up the first degree murder case against Brian Horn today.

On this, the sixth anniversary of Justin Bloxom's abduction and murder, the taxi driven by Brian Horn is finally destroyed.

Convicted child killer Brian Horn was officially sentenced to death by a judge this morning in Desoto Parish with regard to the murder of 12 year old Justin Bloxom.

The jury in the Brian Horn murder case has returned with the death penalty. Closing arguments in the penalty phase of Brian Horn's murder trial wrapped up after lunch Saturday, April 5. The sentence was announced just after 4:30 p.m.

Brian Horn, accused of killing 12-year-old Justin Bloxom, has been found guilty by a jury in DeSoto District Court.
