Rob Hale is the kind of boss most everyone would love to work for.  He's the CEO of Granite Telecommunications in Massachusetts.  Not long ago he was joking around with an employee who apparently had an enormous "Duck Dynasty-ish" beard, and told him that he'd donate $10,000 to cancer research if the guy would shave it off.

I was very happy when the men of the world realized a bald head is a better alternative to a comb over. Mr. Clean is better than THAT ANY day, but it's not been a rule everyone should follow. It's almost like a confidence booster...it's kinda like wearing makeup that enhances your eyes...
