Shreveport-Bossier Auctions Featured in Baggage Battles on the Travel Channel Tonight

The Travel Channel will air the first of two episodes of its hit reality TV show "Baggage Battles", that was filmed in the Shreveport-Bossier City area tonight at 8pm.

Baggage Battles features three teams of auction experts that travel around the country to America's best auctions, who compete against the local customers for items up for auction.  The teams then seek out local experts that give them their professional opinions on whether or not they paid too much or got a great deal at the auctions.

The Travel Channel  filmed tonight's episode on Dec. 8th at a Caddo Parish Sheriff's and U.S. Marshal's Service public auction that was held at the Lawler Auction Facility in Shreveport and a second episode featuring a farm estate public auction held in northern Bossier Parish on Dec. 15th by Lawler Auctions, and that episode will air on Feb. 27 at 8pm.
