Say Cheese!

Apparently Lindsay Lohan WILL be arraigned today as she's accused of stealing a $2500 necklace from a jeweler in Venice, California! Actually, she's no stranger to the slammer, but this will be her first felony. (she's coming up in the world, huh) While researching the story, I was on YouTube and ran across one of her mugshots and some others that have been deemed "The Top 10 Worst Celebrity Mugshots". Some of these folks were obviously having a really bad day.
