KTBS Independence Day Festival
KTBS is making a big bang again this year with the Independence Day Festival this Tuesday, July 4th!
Here are a rundown of the days events:
7:30am Firecracker 5K at Mall St. Vincent
12pm Vendors open for business on the riverfront
1pm 4th Annual Brookshire's Steak Cookoff
2-8pm Children's area open for play
4pm Opening Ceremony
4pm Live music starts with James Burton starting at 8:15pm
9:30pm FIREWORKS!!!

David Allan Coe
Doors open up at 7pm for another great line up at the Stage at Silverstar in Bossier City Saturday night with local favorites Cody Cooke and the Bayou Outlaws and You Never Even Called Me By My Name legend David Allan Coe. Show time is 8pm and the event is 21+.

Peter and the Starcatcher
Peter and the Starcatcher will give you the chance to see the Neverland you never knew in this swashbuckling prequel to Peter Pan. This is the final weekend to see the production at Marjorie Lyons Playhouse at Centenary College with shows Friday, June 30th and Saturday, July 1st at 7:30pm.

Muddin' for the Military
ATV enthusiasts will get their chance to ride this Friday through Monday at Muddin' for the Military at Muddy Bottoms in Sarepta, LA with a special performances by Whitney Morgan and Whiskey Myers. Support our area military and Wounded Warriors with live and silent auctions and fireworks Sunday night at 9:30pm!

Relay for Life
Saturday from 4-10pm head to the Louisiana State University Shreveport University Center for a family friendly event with music, food and fun activities all benefitting the American Cancer Society.
