LSU's amazing cornerback Tyrann Mathieu, known nationally as "The Honey Badger," stands a great chance of taking what he wants next year:
The Heisman Trophy.

As a finalist this year, he scored enough votes to have won it, but is likely a sure thing for the top individual award in college football next season. And LSU stands to gain from Mathieu returning, since he's only a sophomore this year.

If you take away the post season BCS National Championship game against Alabama, the Honey Badger was a treasure all season long making big game changing plays for the Tigers.

He actually finished fifth in this year's Heisman voting with 34 first place votes.

This is why some think Mathieu is next year's best of the best. It's all in these pictures courtesy of LSU Sports.net.
