LSU Brew – Get Yer Cooler Ready!

Coming this fall - Officially licensed LSU beer! The blonde ale was created in part through LSU's food science department and is being manufactured by Tin Roof Brewing Company out of Baton Rouge. With a hopeful release in September or October, the university is currently putting the finishing touches on the can design.

The microbrewery producing LSU's official golden ale is located a few minutes from the Louisiana State University campus. Tin Roof Brewing Company rolled out its first batch of beer last November, no doubt this production deal with the university will be huge for the young company.
