Kickoff between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles is slated for 5:30 pm this Sunday, February 9.

That means that the clock is ticking and we only have a couple days to handle all the preparations. Since this year's game will again be broadcast on Fox, those of us with satellite television from DirecTV or Dish Network have an extra chore again this year.

Because the owners of Fox 33 have yet to reach an agreement with either of those two satellite providers to make that network available to us, we either have to resort to a set of rabbit ears or look for another option like streaming.

An article from usatoday.com does mention an intriguing option:

Fox will broadcast Super Bowl 59. Fans who prefer to stream the game can tune in with Tubi, a free livestreaming service, or Fubo, which offers a seven-day free trial. Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady will be in the broadcast booth for the matchup.

Obviously, seeing the game is the biggest objective, but coming in a very close second place is the food!

Super Bowl Sunday could easily be the biggest finger-food day of the year! Nothing will kill a Super Bowl Party quicker than the lack of Rotel Dip and chips or a total disregard for buffalo wild wings and their importance.

However, when it comes to those foods we want delivered for the big game, the results of a huge survey were pretty much what we expected, but there was one item that was unique to Louisiana.
