Louisiana Downs To Host Free New Year's Eve Fireworks Show

The fireworks show at Louisiana Downs has become famous over the years and this year promises more of the same.

In an article from bossierpress.com, we find that Louisiana Downs will provide the area's only free family-friendly fireworks show for this New Year's Eve.

The event is set to begin on Sunday, December 31, inside the Louisiana Downs Pavilion at 9:00 pm when the group from Style Entertainment takes the stage and will entertain the crowd until shortly after midnight when the pyrotechnics take over.

We're told that the fireworks show is large enough to light up the entire sky over the racetrack while families enjoy the show from the outdoor racing apron facing the racetrack or from the second-level grandstand inside the facility.

Beverages will be available for purchase. Drink ticket sales will begin at 8:00 pm, and bars will open at 8:30 pm. Those wishing to purchase alcohol must be at least 21 years of age and have a provided wristband.
