Everything You Need to Know About Kiss Country Fest

Jerrod Niemann and Josh Thompson are playing the first-ever Kiss Country Fest in Shreveport's Festival Plaza Saturday, May 10. This helpful FAQ will answer all your questions about the show.

What is the Kiss Country Fest?

Kiss Country Fest is the first show of its kind for Kiss Country. We thought: "We see so many great shows come through the Shreveport-Bossier area, why don't we have two of the hottest acts in country music right now play our own concert?" So that's what we did!

Who is playing?

Jerrod Niemann, whose song "Drink To That All Night" recently hit no. 1 on the country music charts, and "Cold Beer With Your Name on It" singer Josh Thompson will play Festival Plaza in downtown Shreveport. Palmer with Landry & Company are opening the show.

When do doors open?

Doors to Kiss Country Fest open at 6 p.m.

What times are the acts playing?

Josh Thompson plays at 8 p.m. Jerrod Niemann will play at 9:30 p.m.

What are the ticket prices and where can I get them?

Advance tickets are $25, and tickets at the gate will be $30. We also have a limited number of VIP Packages available for $75. Tickets are available at Kiss Country's studio, located at 6341 Westport Avenue in Shreveport, Louisiana, or at EventBrite.com.

I’m not familiar with the area. How do I get to Festival Plaza?

Festival Plaza is located at 101 Crockett St, Shreveport, LA 71101. If you're on your home computer, you can get directions from Google Maps. You can also plug in the address above to your favorite smart phone app to receive easy-to-use directions.

Where should I park?

The Festival Plaza parking lot will be available for attendee parking, but we expect that to fill up quickly. There are plenty of other safe-to-use and legal parking options near the venue and in the downtown Shreveport area. Please be safe; don't block entrances or fire hydrants. Police will write tickets if they discover vehicles that are illegally parked, and general parking laws will be observed.

How can I see pictures from the show?
