Love Tacos? Love fierce competition? Then Taco Wars presented by Prize Foundation may be just the thing you need in your life! Happening at Shreveport's Historic Municipal Auditorium on April 27th from 11 am to 8 pm, Taco Wars is the perfect mix of competition, delicious food & live music/entertainment.

Here's the basics:

14 different eateries will be on hand serving up tacos, salsa and a whole lot. There's going to be live music from Los Rancheritos and mariachi band, Los Reyes de Mexico. There's a kids area for the young-uns. Basically, there's a little something for everyone.

The event is free to the public. Everyone who attends the festival will be able to sample salsas for free and vote. Now, if you want to chow down on some tacos, full size salsa and other goodies, you can purchase tickets on site.

Now, this is where we come in. We have a VIP experience up for grabs, and man...this package is pretty sweet. You get food, specially curated beverages, live music, exclusive seating and a whole lot more.

• Five (5) Golden Taco Tickets, per person each good for ANY TACO, regardless of price. Maximum two (2) tacos per visit to a taqueria. 
• Two (2) Golden Margarita Tickets, good for margaritas in the VIP Cabana. 
• Access to the Taco Fast Lane at any taqueria using your Golden Taco Tickets. Fast lane not available when using normal Food/Drink Tickets. 
• Unlimited wine, beer, and spirits samplings along with non-alcoholic offerings
