Do You Remember Hearing About "Shreveport's Worst-kept Secret"?

If you live in the Shreveport-Bossier area you already know the name Pepito Munoz. Pepito is such a popular name around town that when word go out that he was opening up a restaurant in Downtown Shreveport everyone started guessing on opening dates.

Pepito had been posting several cryptic statuses on Facebook which got a bunch of us guessing as to what was next. It wasn't long until he was featured on Shreveport's Downtown Development Authority's Facebook page which confirmed our suspicions, our favorite waiter was coming downtown to add a whole lot of fabulous latin flair to our community. July 2022 was exciting for Pepito fans.

Pepito XO is attached to Artspace, on Texas Street and this business has brought so much life to downtown Shrevport.

Pepito XO has a second location at the old Trejos/Bar Chord building located at 5815 Youree Drive in Shreveport. At first, we had no idea when this new spot would open up.  The crew had their work cut out for them and they wasted no time in transforming the spot into an epic restaruant.

Pepito XO on Youree Drive Will Be Unlike Any Other Restaurant in Shreveport.

The new eatery will seat 265 guests and have two bars. One of our favorite things about Pepito's XO, the unique art is all over spot and we love the yellow bar chairs.

The Staff Is Stacked With Some of Our Favorite Faces.

Hector Munoz who is known for winning all kinds of drink competitions has been tapped as bar manager. Executive chef Raul Rodriguez is creating an epic menu and has a Shreveport favorite Joe Siharath in the kitchen as well. Zech Jones is General Manager and Drew Tatum a familiar face in the restaurant industry is front of the house.
