The State Fair of Louisiana is Back and Has Taken Over the Shreveport Fairgrounds.

From October 26th to November 12th many of us will flock to the fair for fun with our family. There are so many things to enjoy, the food, games we all grew up playing, rides, special attractions like the live stock show, live music and competitive exhibits.

However, there is one experience that you just can't shake when you go to the fair, the carnival worker that is really good at their job.

We Have All Dealt With a Carnival Worker That We Can't Say No to Right?

I was always told to not make eye contact and just keep walking, but they're so good at their job. "Oh come on it's easy as pie you just gotta throw the ring on the duck just like this!" and of course they get it on the first try. $10 and I can walk away with that huge teddy bear? I am suckered in. Every time.

Am I mad about it? Absolutely not, I have some hilarious stories, and getting $20 swindled because of it is kind of worth it.

One of my favorite TikTokers is Dane Lindfors, you have probably seen his hilarious Southern Dad videos. We all know a dad like the one he portrays, but the best part is he just nailed what it's like to get suckered by a carnival worker at the fair. This video was made in 2022 however it is resurging because of the State Fair of Louisiana being in town.
