Greenhouse Salad Company in south Shreveport was a restaurant popular for folks who love to eat healthily. However, they abruptly closed their doors without warning. A "for sale" sign was posted in the window however we knew nothing about new owners.

Greenhouse was a quick easy 'go-to' spot for healthy lunch. Who doesn't want to make their own custom salad with everything you can think of? Some people are obsessed with the delicious dressings that they offer. Since they closed down, many of us wondered if the company would ever open again, we have good news. Someone decided to bring new life to the empty building and bring it back better than ever.

They took to Facebook to confirm rumors all over town, yes The Greenhouse Salad Company is back open and ready for business. Their post said "The Greenhouse Salad Company has new owners and they are Open for Business! Check them out at 7460 Youree Drive!"
