I found out about Zaap Thai Cuisine from friends who work at Barksdale Airforce Base. Many of them are quick to fill the spot for a delicious lunch option. Who doesn't love some yummy noodles during lunch? I am huge fan of Thai food, I love a good kick when it comes to spice. I have visited Zaap a couple of times and I keep it simple with the yummy Pad Thai or Pad Ped dish.

It means that we both can take a journey through food together, and it is one of my favorite things to do. These are not your average wings, they are huge, they are tossed in a sauce but still crispy somehow. The Asian flare to the wing just sets it off. They must have some kind of unique technique that we couldn't breakdown or figure out. We ordered the Kochujang wings but rumor has it they are all delicious.
