Coffee Lovers Rejoice: New Starbucks Opens Off of Pines Road

I Have Always Felt Like We Needed a Starbucks Off the Interstate in Shreveport.

Caffeine fans in West Shreveport have been suffering for several years. Besides gas station coffee there aren't places to grab a good cup of java in West Shreveport.

However, the community has been eagerly anticipating a Starbucks opening for over a year now. Shreveport's west side now has a Starbucks open for business.

Shreveport's West Side Has a Starbucks Again.

There used to be a Starbucks at 6730 Pines Road, but has been closed for some time now. Which left the busy area just off I-20 without a jumpstart to the workday.

January 3rd, 2023 Shreveport got the news that we would see a new coffee shop open up before the end of the year, it looks like there were some setbacks but luckily for us, the new location opened up for business on January 9th, 2024.

I stepped in to check out the new location and it his big with an even bigger parking lot. We know that this is a welcome addition to those who travel down I-20. We anticipate this Starbucks will be extremely busy.

The new Starbucks has opened up at 6215 Greenwood Road in Shreveport.
