Shreveport Police Arrest Two in Separate Sex Crimes

The Shreveport Police have made two arrests in separate sex crimes involving juvenile victims.

The Shreveport Police Department arrested 41-year-old Jamie Cummings on charges of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile after a citizen reported inappropriate conduct toward a 15-year-old at Shreveport's Family Rescue Mission for Women and Children.

In a separate and unrelated case, 17-year-old Manuel Hernandez was arrested and referred to juvenile authorities for Obscenity after officers observed inappropriate behavior with a juvenile female at the Cinemark Tinseltown Theater on Millicent Way.
