As we enter the final weekend of Mardi Gras in the Arklatex, the Shreveport Police Department has some reminders about road closures and reminds parade-goers about the parade rules.

This Saturday night one of the largest parades in North Louisiana starts rolling as the Krewe of Gemini Parade gets underway at 3:30 PM.  The parade will start downtown along Clyde Fant Parkway to Shreveport-Barksdale Blvd, then turn left onto E. Kings Hwy, then left on Preston.
