Weekend House Fire Kills Two Men in Sabine Parish
Shortly before 2:00AM Sunday, April 7, 2024, Sabine Parish Sheriff Dispatch received a 9-1-1 call of a house fire on Brunson Drive.

Brunson Drive is off Bray Road, off LA Highway 191 in the Lanana Bay area of Toledo Bend Lake.
Sabine Parish Sheriff Deputies, Central and North Sabine Fire Districts, and Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal responded to the scene.

Four men were inside the house at the time; two were unable make it out.
The exact cause of the fire has not been confirmed at this time. The case is under investigation by the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal.
