A lot, if not most, folks have received their stimulus check from the federal government. Some have already dipped into the $1,200 per person (and $500 per child) stipend sent to almost every U.S. citizen in order to provide financial relief from the Coronavirus pandemic crisis that has cost so many people their livelihood.
You should definitely use the injection of cash to pay bills, buy groceries, and replenish your savings - but, is it OK to buy something you want with the money?
