Have You Seen Any of These 11 Kids Missing in Louisiana?

1,542. It's an awful number when you consider that's how many kids have disappeared since January 1 here in America.

According to the website, missingkids.org, these 1,542 kids of all races, sizes and gender have vanished this year alone.

Considering the crippling problem of human trafficking that has put a grip on our country over the last few years, one would fear the absolute worst for the lion-share of these beautiful children.

Obviously, there are some who have disappeared of their own will, but many others might not even know where they are or where their next meal might come from.

Some are children who have been traded or sold like livestock and being forced into doing ungodly things just to stay alive.

The issue is certainly of national concern and we aren't immune to it here in the Bayou State.  According to missingkids.org we have had a total of 11 Louisiana children reported missing so far in 2024.

Of those missing children, one is even from Shreveport.  16 year-old Dakiela Hudson Evans has been missing since June 19.

Please take a close look at Dakiela's picture along with the other ten innocent faces and if you happen to recognize one, immediately call 911 and report it.  You never know how great the impact of your call might make to a child being held against their will.
