Recently Michelle Obama revealed her latest weapon in the fight on our nation’s weight problem. She has revamped the old Food Pyramid into the new “Food Plate”, hoping to make it easier for everyone to understand how much of what kind of foods we should all be eating.

Personally I think anything that helps our kids think more about what they are eating is a good thing. However I also believe that the best lessons are taught by example.
