One day they just weren't there. Did Ghost Ramen leave us without a "Dear John" letter? We aren't ready to let go.
Ghost Ramen has always done a great job of keeping us in the loop. They took to their Facebook Page after they left Stray Cat's to say Ghost Ramen's sister pop-up set up at Central Station as East Side Fire.
We Want Consistency From Ghost Ramen and Now They Plan to Give Us Just That.
After what felt like a long wait Ghost Ramen announced their new brick-and-mortar spot. "Ghost Ramen will be available starting Friday, June 16th, 10 am-4 pm. Delivery is in the works, takeout will be available. Back to our roots as a ghost kitchen, in a brick and mortar, as part of a project called Highland Revolver."
The post went on to add "This weekend will be a soft opening as we adapt. We could possibly be available on Thursday. Thank you for all the continued love and support. To our late-night gang: thank you for everything, we couldn’t have done it without you. We’re looking forward to being able to spend more time with our friends and family than ever before."
Ghost Ramen is now located at 729 Jordan St Shreveport, Louisiana.
