Fundraiser for Lance Wages Thursday at Grub Burger in Shreveport

As you know, I'm a proud member of the Krewe of Centaur and one of our members needs your help.

Lance Wages is a long time, active member of the Krewe and is battling cancer. Fighting cancer is already hard enough with but when you add in the the emotional, physical and mental toll it can place on the patient and their family it can seem insurmountable. Another stressor is finances. Medical care ain't cheap!

Of course, we can all pray for Lance and for his doctors and we will, but we can also help defray their financial stress. That's why I am asking you to go to Grub Burger, tomorrow, Thursday, May 18th on E. 70th Street in Shreveport between 11am and 10pm. If you mention the Krewe of Centaur, whether you're a member or not, they'll donate 20% of your purchase to help ease the burden on Lance and his family.
