I am so glad that Sports Illustrated has seen the light! You don’t have to have a thigh gap or be in your 20’s to be considered beautiful. Not only is the new Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue featuring plus size model Ashley Graham, ads for company called Swimsuits for All will feature a 56-year-old woman named Nicola Griffin who will officially be the oldest woman to ever appear in the issue which got us thinking of other beautiful women in their 50’s like Mariska Hargitay, Heather Locklear, Kelly Preston, Brooke Shields, Kim Cattrall, Sharon Stone, and Kathy Ireland among others.

I may have to actually watch the Oscars this year… In an effort to shorten acceptance speeches they’re going to try out a ‘Thank You’ scroll at the bottom of the screen including the names of everyone winners want to thank so they can spend their time saying something more interesting instead of gushing their thanks and running out of time!

I’m still bummed that I didn’t get to meet Louisiana’s own Hunter Hayes when he was in town but it wasn’t his fault, it was all mine! I’m not going to let that happen again. You know I plan all my vacations around horses and I’m pumped that he’s going to be at the Rolex Kentucky Three Day Event in the end of April because I’ll be there too... supporting my friend Sydney Conley Elliot who will be competing first and foremost of course! Maybe when we're done cheering for Syd, Hunter will let me see his new tour bus! Yep, his tour bus… right! Either way, Hunter surrounded by horses is pretty much awesome in my book!
