I’m kind of embarrassed to admit that Christian Slater was total teenage heartthrob to me… Heathers anyone?!?! And now he’s being sued… by his dad for a whopping $20 million! His father is claiming defamation of character saying that for the last year he hasn’t been able to get a job in the entertainment industry after Christian accused him of having manic-depressive schizophrenia. His father is Thomas Knight Slater aka Michael Hawkins from Ryan’s Hope… from 1975 and 1976… Yes, he’s 80-years-old now. I’ve got to imagine roles are drying up regardless…
