Caught in the Act - Daniel Lee
loading...

Your kids have been blessed with an incredible principal!

And don't just take our word for it. Just read Daniel's nomination letter that we received from his co-worker, Leslie Alexander.

She made it so easy to name him this week's recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.

Mr. Lee is the principal at our school. By definition, that is a thankless job. As his Dean of Students, I see things others don’t see daily. He, however, is different than most. He truly loves his school because it is where he attended. He uses Central Elementary as a way to unify the South Webster parish community. He goes above and beyond to help not only us faculty members, but the families. I have seen him jumpstart parent cars, rush off to aid those in fender benders, comfort those going through hard times and help shape the culture of the school to build upon a sense of teamwork. When he took over as principal, he wanted to build the internal and external relationships with the school and he has excelled. He advocates for our teachers while at the same time, balancing parental relationships to keep students at the forefront of the decisions he makes. Mr. Lee works hard to bring out the best of his faculty to be the best person they can be. This often includes those hard, but necessary, conversations. Mentor, leader, advocate, or boss if you want to Catch Someone in the Act, look no further than Daniel Lee at Central Elementary in Dubberly.

Daniel Lee, because you've been 'Caught in the Act' the gang at Magnolia Pit Barbecue have a $50 Gift Certificate for you to come have dinner on them!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Daniel to let him know that he was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
