Bossier City Mayor Tommy Chandler told KEELNEWS on Monday the council is scheduled to vote Tuesday on this project and he expects the vote to pass 7-0.  The project is expected to cost around $15 Million dollars.  Mayor Chandler said all costs will be incurred by the developers John Dudley and Randy Rogers, with no money coming from the Bossier taxpayers.

Chandler said he is excited about the project as he thinks it will lead to even more development on the Bossier side of the Red River.
