Billy Currington Arrested – Mug shot Photo

News broke late Wednesday night that Billy Currington was indicted for making "terroristic threats and abuse of an elder person." This from an incident on April 15th when a 70-year-old tour boat captain ignored Billy's request to stop passing so close to his boat dock. Billy ended up chasing the guy down and then threatened him. Billy was arrested and booked in Georgia Thursday. His bond was set at $27,000.
