Benefit For Corporal Robert Rivet

Shreveport Police veteran, Cpl. Robert Rivet was injured in an ATV accident Aug. 24, 2011, and suffered traumatic brain injury.  Because of the vast expense of the medical treatment, his personal funds are extremely limited and his friends and family are trying to raise additional monies for the purchase of  a wheelchair accessible van.  

On Feb. 1 and 2, from 10am to 8pm each day, at Jack's Barbecue at 1301 North Market in Shreveport, they'll be selling chicken charbroil dinners for $8.00.
